1. What Draw My Career is

Draw My Career provides career assessments, reports, a career library, and access to career counselling for students in India, at drawmycareer.in and on partner subdomains. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If the user is a minor, a parent or guardian (or the school acting with parental consent) accepts these terms on the student’s behalf.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information when registering, and keep your password safe.
• One account per student — your results only make sense if they are yours.
• Partner (school/consultant) and counsellor accounts are provisioned by us and may be suspended if misused.

3. What our guidance is — and is not

Our assessments and reports are guidance, not guarantees. They combine your responses with established career-psychology models to suggest streams, clusters and career paths that fit your profile. They are a starting point for discussion with your career guide, counsellor and family — not a promise of admission, employment, salary, or outcome. Final decisions are always yours.

4. Payments and refunds

• Some features are paid — for example, unlocking a full report or booking a counselling session. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or banking details.
• If a payment is deducted but the purchase does not unlock, contact us and we will fix it or refund the transaction.
• Once a report is unlocked or a counselling session has been delivered, fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• If you cancel a counselling session before it is scheduled, write to us and we will reschedule it or refund it.

5. Fair use

• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, probe or overload the service, or misuse partner pages.
• Do not copy, resell or republish reports, the career library, or assessment content outside your personal (or your institute’s permitted) use.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Partner pages

Schools and consultants get branded pages and see the results of students who join through them. Partners must use student data only to guide those students, and must have appropriate consent from parents or guardians for students they enrol.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, assessments, reports, career library and branding are ours or our licensors’. Your report is yours to download, print and share for personal use.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and your data safe, but we provide the service “as is” and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
